Hi there! My name is Zinnia and all I want to do is cuddle and purr in your arms.
My foster mom calls me a "dog-cat" because I love being around my humans and get lonely when they're gone. One of my favorite activities is to follow my foster mom around the house, meow, and roll around on the floor until she gives me belly scratches. Although I'm a cuddle monster, I also love to play. There's one particular string with a bell on it that I can never catch it for more than a few minutes, but I'll keep trying!
I'm very chatty. I like to have conversations about how your day went and make sure you know I'm here to play and cuddle. When my foster mom cooks, I like to sit next to her in my cat perch and meow words of encouragement, hoping she'll take a break and give me pets. When I'm home alone, I am very well behaved though I miss my foster human very much. While I wait for her to come home, I sit in front of our window on top of the heater and meow "hello" at our neighbors.
At first, I had some litter box problems because new environments are scary, but they've gotten a lot better now that I've settled into my new home. My foster owner has used positive reinforcement, which is good because I can be shy and easily frightened and don't do well with loud noises.
Because I really like company and always want more love and attention, I would do best in a forever family with parents who work from home or already have another fur baby. I am so excited to have a sibling and partner in crime!
