Rudolph the Dog needs a home
Rudolph is maybe a shih tzu/peke mix, about 3 years old. We think he is house trained, but also crates easily. He is good in the backyard, and likes to go for walks, but isn't good when he encounters people. No kids. He gets attached to his owner. He doesn't like other dogs, but, strangely, he doesn't seem to dislike cats. Rudolph is VERY food motivated which can be a great training technique.
He had a great home for two years, but now the owner is disabled, and he still tries to bite strangers on occasion. He is can be a little difficult to groom, but Mel at Mel's Pet Parlor in Sayreville (732-307-2116), does it with no problem! He is neutered and ID chipped. His adoption fee is $100.
