Copper D3972 the Dog needs a home
Copper is a happy playful puppy who loves to explore. He enjoys snuggles, naps, and toys. He enjoys playing with his foster brother and sister. He loves to follow his big foster sister around and be involved in everything she's doing. We are working on potty training and he is doing well, but still having a few accidents in the house. No accidents in his kennel and is very quiet through the night.
Copper is a parvo survivor. No further care is needed, and parvo does not affect future health or life-quality. Parvo is not contagious to cats or humans. Because the virus can continue to shed after recovery for up to a year's time, a dog not current on a distemper combo vaccine could catch parvo if in contact with Copper's stools. If there is another dog in the applicant's home, the dog must be current on the distemper combo. An applicant should plan not to have unvaccinated dogs visit for one year after bringing Copper home.
