Henry SCAS the Dog needs a home

Since he was a tiny pup, Henry has always been tied on a wire as you can see on the picture below. Henry's doghouse was right next to a very busy highway. How long would it be before the wire would break, and Henry would run into the road and be hit by a car? Henry's owner finally agreed to let a rescue take this sweet dog to safety and he is soon headed to EHR. 



Henry is about 4 months old, weighs about 35 pounds. and is super friendly. Henry would  love to know what It would be like to have a family that would love and care for him.
