Bushi the Dog needs a home

Meet Bushi! This little 8 year old 14 pound princess found herself abandoned and on a euthanasia list at a NYC shelter. We were not about to let that be her fate and she is a Rescue Dogs Rock girl now! She spent some time with our vet partner getting a full medical work up and a much needed make over and is now ready to find a home to call her own. Bushi is friendly, affectionate, playful, shy, and mellow. She has previously lived with children and engages in small bouts of play with other dogs. Bushi can be a little growly around her food or if approaching her while she has a treat. She loves to be held and give kisses! We are really rooting for this precious girl to find the special someone who can fill the rest of her days with the joy and happiness she deserves. Bushi is spayed and will be up to date on vaccines prior to placement in her forever home.
