Hi There! My name is Runt! I'm sure that's a very debonair type of name that they choose for me? Cause I'm a debonair kinda little guy. Handsome too don't cha think? (I smiled for the pics, check'em out?)  I am pretty excited about coming to the DC area. Sure hope my forever family is waiting for me when I get there. Wouldn't it be awesome if my new home had things like: doggie toys and bones, and balls and someone who would take me on long walks a few times a day and maybe canine siblings and a soft clean bed (pure heaven!) but most of all, someone who will love me and care for me for forever.... Like most shelter dogs, Runt may need a refresher on housetraining. He is likely crate trained.
