Meet Victor.  Victor found himself homeless as a young puppy and was quickly adopted but returned a few months later.  He has been living in a foster home in SC for a few months.  Sadly Victor is a puppy with a 5/6 heart murmur, but the vet says he can live a normal life. He has been doing just that in foster care. He plays very well with other male and female dogs. He is a great mentor for puppies. Cats might be too fun for him because he is so playful and active, and he has big goofy paws and legs. He is sweet-natured and loves affection. He is crate trained, housebroken, and walks on leash.  Victor would love to have a home of his own.   Please give him a chance to get a family of his own by volunteering to foster or adopt this sweet boy.  He promises that he'll try his best to make your life one big fairy tale. 

Victor's got his bags packed and is ready to travel to the DC area if only a foster or adopter willing to take him in upon his arrival can be found soon.
