Adopt a Brittany (medium coat)

Brittany (medium coat) Dog

MI/Tonto the Dog needs a home

Are you looking to make a difference for a rescue dog? Tonto is a 5 year old male who was used as a stud dog and lived in a kennel for his entire life. That is until NBRAN stepped in. He needs someone who is patient and has a soft voice. He does get along with some dogs, but would do best as an only pet. He does not do well around male humans. Tonto loves to sleep in bed with you. When the humans leave the house he will stay quietly in his crate.

So Tonto is looking for that special home. He’ll need a physical fence, and hopefully someone who has the time to help him learn how great it is to be a loved and pampered house dog.

He is currently in foster care in Michigan.  His adoption fee is $350.00. He can be transported up to 1400 miles, with the adopter driving the last 100 miles of his journey.  NBRAN does require a home visit and vet check.  If you are interested in Tonto please go to nbran.org and complete an online application.  The coordinator in your state will contact you.  The Michigan Coordinator handling the adoption for Tonto is Joanne Denomme.  Please contact her if you have any additional questions at [email protected]
