Jonas the Dog needs a home
Jonas is a middle aged, fully trained boy who loves learning, working, and structure. He’s fully crate, e-collar, and leash trained. Jonas will pace with you when you run, walk, skip, dance, hike, or whatever you may be doing! He can even just chill at home in his crate during the day, or relax on his dog bed.
He gets the biggest smile on his face after running through commands for even just 5 minutes. The more fun you have working and training him, the happier he is.
He needs a family/human that will help keep his structure and routine up. He does amazing with both of his dog walkers (pack walks and his pack hikes), he absolutely LOVES to hike and run. He hangs right by your side while you hike. He loves being in a big pack of dogs on hike, but is more interested in his human.
At home, he does well other dogs that are not up in his face, as he likes to fully relax. He would do best in a home with no other dogs, but could do fine with the right dog. Still working on cats, so no for now.
Jonas has had to work through some behavioral issues that came from being bounced around a lot, but since he has been in a stable foster home after an extensive board and train we have seen him flourish into the dog he wants to be. He just wants to find the right family who understands his success is based on keeping him structured and following some of his rules.
