Lucy is a stunning young 2 1/2 year old spayed female weighing approximately 52lbs. Her silky long black coat turns heads everywhere she goes. This spunky girl comes with lots of energy to play and run. She knows her basic obedience like sit, stay, down and of course, shake paw. She takes treats gently and will happily learn new commands. Like most females she’s incredibly smart and catches on quickly. Lucy’s been described as a confident girl so her handler should be the same. She picks and chooses which canine company she’ll keep but so far hasn’t met too many people she didn’t like. Partly because she love all the attention. Her leash manners are okay but will improve with a tiny bit of work. Lucy’s looking for a home without cats or or other dogs. She’s a good girl who requires a cool place to sleep, a place to run when she gets the zoomies, and a hug when you get home. Cuddles time is short and sweet, but home time hug is a must. If you are looking for a jogging partner or walking companion, please consider this happy silly girl. Lucy will love the exercise and although she meets people well... she also knows how to keep them safe.
