Meet Valencia and Mercury, the most adorable pair of bonded sister pitty's you'll ever meet! They're personalities are truly yin and yang, but they compliment each-other so well and the family that will make them their forever. Valencia (red collar) is the quiet shy sister; she'll flash her best puppy dog eyes all.day.long and is happiest laying beside you and doing quite literally, nothing else. Her sister,  Mercury has a bit more sass. She enjoys playing with toys a bit more, and will do her darndest to get Valencia to play with her (even if that means sitting on top of her and chewing her ear). The basics: They are potty trained, with a schedule. Mercury has got it down pat, her sister, Valencia  is like 96% there, as long as she's let out after all the most important times (after kennel, after playtime, before bed, first thing in the morning)...she's 100% if you listen to her cues of "antsy". They are both crate trained and share a crate during the day when their foster mom is gone away at work. They snooze or will play on whatever you give them in there, super easy. Valencia knows what "go kennel" means.. Mercury is the more stubborn sister and will need a bit of a pep talk or guidance to go in. They both get along with other dogs, however, Mercury needs extra special slow introductions. She can sometimes get protective over her sister or sometimes is far too eager to jump in and say hi.. but give slow intros and monitored interactions with others and she does great. Valencia is good with all. They have a small foster brother who they get along great with.. sleep next too, wrestle with, eat side by side with. Slow intros = happy pups. They love ALL people.. they currently do not live with children, but their foster mom thinks they would not only do great, but do AMAZING with kids. Especially with their different personalities.. a mix of playful and super snuggles and they have such an instinct to be gentle.  They've got some basic manners down and super, super quick learners. They know sit.. and they know "off".. sometime with exciting times it takes a little longer. They sit and wait for their food. They do OK with walks, but gentle leaders are in place and they are practicing! They do great on car rides, Mercury lays down and her sister Valencia gets window duty. Overall, everyone who meets them falls in love. They have their quirks, but their days consist of really light play and like 90% cuddling either side by side, on top of each other, or as close to their foster mom as they can manage.   They were both treated for heartworm (they literally do everything side by side, I told you).  If you have any questions about that, contact SHH!
