Happy Holidays?
Umm, hi…me over here. I’m Noelle Holiday, named after my litter, the Holiday pups. I’m just wondering how many holidays have to pass before I find my forever home. You see, my brothers were adopted around Christmas but I’m still looking. They are more outgoing than I am so I think that’s why. The people here say I’m a Labrador Retriever mix and I’m about 5 months old. I know my Mom was a Yellow Lab mix, but my Dad? Well...he’s a mystery. I’m looking for the right family who will work with me to become the best dog I can be. I can tell you, that’s a pretty good dog. I doubt I'll ever be a social butterfly who enjoys parties, but in the right home with the right guidance, I have the potential to blossom quite a bit! I need a patient home that will help me with my shyness. I have been making such good progress. I really, really want a doggie sibling. I am so much more confident if I have a buddy around. I can make them go first and do all the scary things to show me that it’s okay. Once I know you and feel comfortable, you will see what a sweet girl I am. I love to cuddle and be held. I know, I know, I’m going to be too big to hold eventually but we can worry about that then. When I’m playing at the park with my foster siblings I have so much fun and love to run around. I have been really good about my house training in my foster home. I haven’t been in a crate much because they are often home with me. I can be unsure of kids because, boy! - do they move fast and that’s scary. I may be okay with some well-mannered older children who would be patient with me and give me my space. I am smart and have been working on sit and stay. I love my squeaky toys and playing tug of war. I know that my forever home is out there and I will surely declare that day a holiday!!!
Do you have some room in your heart for this lovely, sweet girl? Fill out an application today for Noelle Holiday! This would totally be her dream come true!
Holiday Pups Backstory: Sadly, these little sweetie-pies didn't have the best start in life. They were born under an abandoned building in Mississippi to a stray Yellow Lab mix. We don't know what happened with the mother, and one of the puppies was killed by a car before the litter was rescued by our partner.
Adoption Fee: $550
**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
