Adopt a Boxer (short coat)
Titus - ON MEDICAL HOLD the Dog needs a home
Titus came to us from a shelter where he only had days to live before being euthanized. Over half of his body is missing hair from severe allergies that were left untreated for so long. You can simply tell that he was feeling miserable in and in pain. Plus he was loaded with tapeworms, his ears were very infected and he teeth and gums were very infected and inflamed. A few of his teeth were extracted when he was given a dental at one of our vets. Now, he is currently on antibiotics for his skin, is being given medicated, weekly baths and is being given Apoquel for his allergies; along with using a grain free dog food. This boy has a ways to go to get healthy before he can be adopted, so we will update as he gets better.
Titus is great with other dogs. In fact, we feel he would benefit strongly with have another four-legged companion; one that he can run and play with. He is very well behaved and is a super sweet boy. He is very friendly with everyone he meets and is just a super big, lovebug. He also listens very well to what you are asking of him; he likes to please his people.
He is neutered, crate trained, housebroken, current on vaccines, heartworm negative and been treated for worms. He is microchipped as well.
