Hi! My name is Folly.
I am a standard wirehair dachshund.
I came to DDR because my mom and dad were moving to a senior living center and I am not good with strangers.
I need a strong pack leader, a person who understands my issues and will work with me.

I'm a sweetheart once I get to know you but am very shy and bark incessantly when new people come in. I try to run away and hide in my kennel until I get to know you.
I need a fenced yard and would do best as an only dog.
My foster mom says I shouldn't be around children because of my stranger anxiety, I bark at people I don't know and am afraid of people in uniforms. I am terrified of thunderstorms, fireworks and hide from the vacuum cleaner.
