Hi, I'm Shiela Rae! My foster mom says that I'm the most colorful of my litter. Though I am named for Shiela Rae from the book Shiela Rae the Brave, I am still working on being as brave as my brother Wendell. I keep busy exploring around the house, napping on soft blankets and playing with my brothers and sisters (Wendell, Chrysanthemum, Wemberly, and Shortcake). I REALLY like cozying up to the resident kitties here – they are so nice. Another kitty to pal around with is a MUST for me, though I could take or leave the dogs. I'm even starting to think that these foster people are OK too! If you're a fan of author Kevin Henkes' books, be sure to check my siblings and I.



Come visit me in my foster home. I'd love to meet you.



Shiela Rae is a young kitten. She will need to go to a home where there is another young cat or be adopted with another kitten so that she has a playmate. To learn more about this kitten, call Joan at 651-705-6264 or submit an online adoption inquiry form.



The adoption fee for a kitten is $135. If you adopt a pair of kittens from Feline Rescue, the total adoption fee is $250.
