Meet Mamacita! DOB: June 2013
Mamacita along with her 4 kittens (Magdalena, Pedro, Josephina, Antonella) were rescued from a back yard in Richmond Hill. When she and her kittens first came to the NTCR they were terrified and afraid of human touch. They immediately went into foster care, and with persistence, guidance, patience and love from their foster mom they have learned to trust people.
Mamacita is a slim, small beauty, with beautiful big eyes. She is a loving mom who spent hours grooming and caring for her kittens. Even now that they are grown you will find her grooming or snuggling with them and other kittens.
She is very curious but cautious. If you approach her she will let you give her a head and chin scratch and has such a low constant purr. Mamacita is now coming forward instead of staying in the back ground. She can be a kitten herself when it comes to the red dot and cat wands she is very playful.
