He is a 5-year-old Akita/ Pit Bull Terrier mix, weighing in at 79.5 pounds. He has a thick coat of black and white, warm brown eyes and a very soft mouth when taking treats.
This nice dog must meet all who share your home, and children probably should be 14 or older. His new people will receive free training lesson on introducing him to new people and other dogs. Diesel can be selective about who becomes a favorite canine buddy, and he had a history of growling at strangers. Do not take these as negatives, but help him become more confident and comfortable in new situations. You will be the winner in the end.
