Adopt a Rat Terrier / Miniature Pinscher / Mixed

This scrumptious little boy is Simon! he is SUPER sweet! Simon has a gentle soul with a loving personality. Simon is a 9 pound senior rat terrier mix and his age is estimated to be between 10-12 years old. Simon has 2 lower canines (teeth) remaining so he really benefits from being on a healthy soft food diet. Simon has no other health issues, he is neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccinations and current with heart guard and frontline. Simon has some stiffness in his back end but is perfectly fine. He does zoomies when excited and he is quite the character. He makes the cutest sounds when he wants your attention and his foster mom smiles and laughs daily with him around!

Simon is very friendly and gets along with everyone and everything. However he would really do best in a quiet, low activity home. Simon is very laid back and mellow and loves to spend his days sleeping. Simon is so sweet and so kind; he loves his humans and loves to follow them around and be with them. Simon is housebroken and will go to the door to let you know when he needs to go out but he will have an accident if not kept on a schedule. Simon does not like to be crated or gated off; he prefers to free roam and lie on a dog bed or couch during the day. He wants to sleep with his human at night. Simon doesn’t do any tricks, or play with toys, or other animals but Simon knows how to love and love BIG!

If you are looking for a best friend to cuddle with and watch movies with and you have no issues with a dog being in your bed, or on your furniture then Simon is your man.  He just wants to be by you and he would love to have another mellow laid back canine or feline as a sibling.
