Grayson is a wonderful and very special pup that has already been through a lot in his short life. When Grayson arrived at the small rural shelter he was rescued from, it was clear that he had suffered some sort of trauma, probably being hit by a car. He had sustained damage to his pelvis and could not stand or walk. He was in a lot of pain. The shelter staff immediately let the rescue know abo...ut this sweet boy and he was off to the vet right away. Grayson has had 2 surgeries and is continuing to improve. He will probably always walk a little gimpy but he doesn’t let it get him down! This sweet boy is just about the most affectionate and wiggly dog you’ve ever met. In fact, his tail never seems to stop wagging. Even though the way he walks and runs is a little off-kilter, he moves and plays like any other happy pup. His gorgeous eyes have blue portions which give him a goofy and adorable look - like he’s looking in two directions at the same time. Grayson loves to play with the other dogs in his foster home and he also loves playing with toys. He's also doing well learning basic training skills and good manners. Grayson would be a great addition for a person or family who is looking for an active dog to add to their family.
