Percy the Cat needs a home

Percy is an extremely sweet senior cat. He is declawed in front. He loves being held, and wants to just lay on your lap and knead and purr for hours. He loves canned food (chicken and liver flavor mostly) but will now eat some dry food too. He is curious about other cats, but hasn't had any interest in being their friends. He mostly wants to just loaf around, be loved on, and look out the window. He has hyperthyroidism, and is on twice daily medication, but he is very easy to medicate and doesn't put up much fuss about his chews at all.
