PERSONALITY: A handsome, five year old Shih Tzu mix, Chester was rescued from a shelter in Puerto Rico destroyed by Hurricane Maria. He is very energetic, gets along well with other dogs, but is fearful of cats. He loves to play with toys and bonds with his person. He will do best in an adult-only home as he gets upset and a bit snappy by too much handling. He walks well on a leash and is crate trained. Fully grown, weighing only 12 lbs.
