Gatto the Dog needs a home

We have had Gatto for about two years now, and we feel that he is finally ready for a real home.


He came from the Walker River Reservation, along with his momma and siblings. They have all found homes, but Gatto seemed to be the timid one of the litter.


He had no human contact during his formative weeks, and we literally had to catch him to bring him here. As a result, he can be a little hesitant in new situations. Gatto is great with other dogs, okay with cats, and good with gentle children. 


He walks on a leash, is housetrained, and very sweet once he trusts you. He might not be a good candidate for "off leash" activities, but he loves going on leashed walks and is very playful.


All of our dogs are available for a $150 donation. This includes them being spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, and fully vaccinated.


To adopt a dog, we require an approved pre-application, as well as a securely fenced yard. This means an actual, physical, fence. "Invisible" fences are not acceptable, sorry. If you live in an apartment and do not have a yard, we are not able to adopt to you.
