Hi! I am Tipper and I came to Wagging Tails from another rescue that was shutting down. I am 3 years old and 15 pounds. I was very uncertain of this new place, so I am feeling a bit shy. I have been through a lot and I am still learning to trust. My foster family is helping me come out of my shell and show everyone that I am actually very sweet and playful. I like other dogs, treats, and quiet, gentle people. I need someone who is experienced and patient to show me that the world is not such a scary place.
