A very sweet senior boy!
Hi there.  My name is Casper and no I am not a ghost!  I am a boy estimated to be 7 years old as of January 2018.  I was found wandering and Gail rescued me.  I had a huge tumor in my stomach, but that was operated on and everything is good.  I've been at the shelter for over a year and I guess they forgot to put me online for everybody up East to see.  So - here I am!! 

I am a very sweet Chihuahua mix weighing around 18 pounds and I get along with everybody.  My most favorite things to do are cuddle and go for walks.

I sure hope there is someone out there that will give me a chance to add to their lives.  How about you?
