Hi, my name is Rusty, and I'm a dog fostered in El Paso, TX!

I came to rescue after my previous owner dumped me. My leg was broken and they didn't want to deal with me anymore. They wrote "Rusty" on a box and left me outside of the animal shelter in the middle of a night in December. I was found the next morning, and From The Heart picked me up and helped me to get my leg fixed! They said soon I'll find a nice forever family that will never, ever leave me behind!

I had surgery to fix my leg and I'm much better now! I'm fully vetted and healthy so I'm looking for my forever family! Could it be you? Fill out an adoption application and one of our adoption counselors will be in touch with you!

My requested adoption donation is $100 which includesmy spay/neuter, vaccinates and medical care to date, microchip implantation and registration, collar, leash, ID tag, health check-up and one month of free pet health insurance (some restrictions may apply).
