Lilo (Acc) the Dog needs a home
Lilo-Dobie lovers rejoice!
Isn't Lilo a piece of art? She's a beauty for sure, but behind the outer shell, this girl has been dealing with lots of internal struggles. We knew that she needed more than we were able to provide for her, so we sent her to a phenomenal trainer who has been working with Lilo to find out what makes her tick. She's not an overly affectionate girl, she's a protector. Lilo comes off as shy, but she's a dominant girl. Because she's not "in your face" about it, she's easily misread. She is very driven, she focuses on her ball like it's her job and she listens very well. She had been around other dogs in the program and she has play bowed like a puppy then mostly ignores them, but she was never socialized with other dogs so her instinct to play quickly goes to hmmmmm, I don't really know what to do in this situation so it's best she be an only dog. An ideal home for this beauty would be in a quiet setting, far away from city noises. No children or cats. Lilo is 3 years old, about 50 lbs, current on vaccinations and spayed. She will need an owner who will continue to reinforce the training she has been taught.
