Shroom was found at a local park. She is believed to be 2 years old. She has been around other dogs, all large breed, with no issues. She goes to the dog park and is good with non-pushy dogs her size. She isn't around cards much so chases them around. If they don't run she just smells them. She is gentle with them but could scare cats who aren't too sure of dogs. We have not seen her around kids. She is heartworm negative as of February. She doesn't like being left alone, but if she has a dog friend to give her company, she is fine. She is nervous meeting new people, probably because she was found abused. Once she feels safe, she is a lover who wants to be by you 24x7. Continued love, support and patience will make her more and more comfortable with strangers over time. She loves walks, car rides, movie time and pet store visits. She does need to be potty trained a bit and learn that being inside is just as much fun as being outside. With a little patience and lots of love, she will be a great addition to a family!
