Bella the Cat needs a home
Bella is approximately 9 years old. She is looking for a home where she can be the only cat, or perhaps share the home with another cat who won't bother her. She isn't aggressive, but if another cat messes with her, she has no trouble letting them know she wants to be left alone. I often find her sleeping on the bed with other cats, but she never sleeps next to them or plays with anybody.
Bella is overweight and cannot properly groom herself. Because of this, she developed a terrible skin infection. The infection was easy to heal with proper cleansing and medication. She currently is not on any medication and gets wiped down about once a week. We do keep her in a lion cut so that there is no hair around her rear end to get messy. She needs an owner who is not afraid to clean her, take her to the groomer about 3 times a year, and measure her food so she can lose weight.
She has been seen urinating on puppy pee pads that are used by other cats in the house, but she also uses a litterbox. Personally, I love pee pads because they aren't heavy or dusty. Bella sleeps in bed with us, likes to climb cat trees, and likes to sit on the toilet and be brushed when I'm blow drying my hair. She has had lion cuts her whole life and doesn't cause any trouble at the groomer. A lion cut at most groomers costs around $65.
