Billy came to us via rescuers in Quincy, IL. Billy spent some time in a drainage ditch across the street from a very sweet woman who fed him to gain his trust, and she eventually fostered him until we could take him in. Billy has blossomed in his foster home, giving up his belly and looking forward to pets. He will need a quiet and patient home to continue this process. He is a sweet guy who needs his forever home to have patience and kindness to help him trust again.
