Adopt a Basset Hound / Terrier / Mixed (short coat)
Lisa Max the Dog needs a home
"Max was part of our family for 13 years and passed away this last summer. We miss him very much. The things he liked to do most were give kisses, hangout with his Mom in her office while she was working, take naps in any spot in the house, steal food off the counter, and play with his little bulldog sister. Max brought so much happiness to our family, which is why we want to help sweet dogs like Max find loving families. We hope all the dogs in this transport get to live long happy lives, like Max did, with their new families." ~

Lisa Max was born about October 23, 2017 and will likely top out in the 40 lb. range when full grown. She and her brother came in together (please understand that we don't place siblings together and they need separate homes) and she is a bit leggier than her brother, but he surely is a Basset mix, but what are they mixed with??? Well, we are guessing terrier as it has to be something with a rather large head and likely in the bully breed family. They are both majorly cute, beyond friendly (the tail doesn't stop with even a glance in their direction), very playful, fun, and loving. A couple of families are going to be very lucky to add one of these pups to their family! This is all we know so far as the southern shelters don't ask questions upon intake as they feel the reason is often financial and embarrassing. So we will be learning as we go and so will you.
The Adoption Fee for this dog is $400.00.
