Opie Glenn the Dog needs a home
Opie Glenn is my special boy, but he won’t admit it. He came from a hoarding situation and is unsure of new humans. He will need a home with a good fence and a human that is alright with him ignoring them at first. He loves to go out with his doggie friends or hang out in his private club (the crate, his safe place). He would do best in a home without small children because kids and the noises they make are scary. Opie said he enjoys a burger or pork chop sometimes and you could probably buy his love. He’ll let you. He also knows what the lunch meat package sounds like. It will take Opie time to get settled in his surroundings. He’s a traveler at heart and always has his bags packed, so his new family will need to be diligent and seize his passport. In other works, he's a huge flight risk and extreme caution needs to be taken to ensure that he is always very well secured outdoors. He needs a fenced yard and will need to be on a long leash to make sure he comes back inside. He has kind of accepted his southern family but is ready to blow this popsicle stand for new digs because he heard it’s more fun up north. We will miss him dearly but I know his perfect home is out there.
