Sammie's Friends is a 501©(3) non-profit corporation.  We provide medical care for the animals at the Nevada County Shelter, making them adoptable, and we support other disadvantaged animals in Nevada County that would otherwise be euthanized to end their suffering.  Sammie's Friends also operates the Nevada County Animal Shelter.  WE ARE A NO KILL SHELTER!



Sweetie Pie is a great name for our gal. She is very affectionate, loves to sleep in bed with you or on your lap, and will follow her human everywhere.  Sweetie Pie is good with dogs and other cats.  She is around 11 years old. 



 


Sweetie Pie is diabetic and needs someone who would be able to administer her insulin twice a day.  She never puts up a fuss when it is time to get her medication.


 


Sweetie Pie is in foster, so please contact the shelter if you would like to arrange a time to meet this beautiful girl.
