This Cutie is Waiting for his Forever Home

This little guy came to us from the shelter and we could tell he was very neglected. As you can see by his pictures, some of his fur still needs to grow back in, this loss of hair was probably due to his nutritional needs not being met. 


Duke prefers spending his time with women than men, we think it's a 'trust thing' and once he gets to know some one of the male persuasion, he will be fine.


In terms of personality, Duke is very sweet, calm, and loves just 'hanging out'. He will make someone a wonderful companion!!


If you would like to meet Duke, please contact us to ensure he will be at adoptions. In addition, because we require a home check with all adoptions, we do not adopt outside of the Southern California area.


NEW LOCATION! Adoptions are held every SATURDAY from 1PM – 4PM at the PETCO at 8161 BEVERLY BLVD at La Jolla (1/2 mile east of Beverly Center). Plenty of parking!

FOSTERS ARE ALWAYS NEEDED! For a weekend or a week or longer. We provide you with everything you need including food. You provide a safe, loving temporary home for a terrific dog.
