Shelly the Dog needs a home
Shelly was rescued from Manhattan ACC where she had been brought in as a stray. She had broken teeth and was emaciated at only 24 pounds!! She is approximately 3 years old. Shelly is good with people of all ages and with other dogs. She is up to date on shots, and will be spayed when medically appropriate to do so, and prior to placement in her forever home. Despite her obvious neglect, Shelly remains sweet, and we would love to have a home waiting for her.
