Bazel was adopted from a local shelter when our city apartment had a very bad mouse problem. He came in and took care of it pretty quickly. In addition to being a great mouser, he's very friendly and playful and not shy with anyone. He loves to curl up with you on the couch and has been very gentle with my son who is now 14 mo old. He is definitely curious and smarter than I give him credit for. He has slowed down a bit but still very active when he wants to be. Loves to purr.
