Five Spice the Cat needs a home
Five Spice, born 11/8/17 was trapped in the woods with her siblings. She was very, very scared of her new surroundings, new sounds and people.
After a couple of weeks she started to open up. She doesn't love to be held yet, but she loves belly rubs and scratches behind her ears. She'll come up to you when you put food out, but sudden movements or sounds still make her nervous. She needs to have a safe spot to hide, but she usually lounges around and keeps an eye on what you are doing. The funny thing is that she still hisses when you approach, but immediately starts purring and rolls over to get her bully rubs. She loves to play with her toys and wrestle with her brother. When her brother gets attention, she comes close to get some of the tickles as well. The big dog in the house scares her, but on the other hand attracts her interest as well. Five Spice would do best in a family that knows to go easy on her and let her adapt to her new home on her own terms. With some patience she will become cuddly after all.
Adoption fee is $75 and includes FVRCP & rabies vaccinations, FIV/FELV testing, spay/neuter surgery, deworming, and microchip. All animals are examined by a veterinarian.
