Adopt a Terrier / Terrier / Mixed (short coat)
Archie the Dog needs a home
Where did you get those distinctive ears, Archie? They are so impressive! Everyone will notice them and then they will see your sweet face. You have dark luminous eyes that seem to be hoping for a place to call home. You poor guy were abandoned at a shelter, but the rescue people saw something special about you and saved you.
You seem to be about three years of age and weigh between 35-40 pounds. You are such a handsome guy with a short coat mixed with black, tan, and white, made up of big and little spots. You are definitely part terrier but what else are you? Your foster mom has noticed how you think kids and other dogs are great companions. You love to be around them. You have the energy expected for an adult dog and the confidence to go with it.
You are working on house, crate, and leash training with your foster mom. Progress is being made. Were you left outside all the time so, no one took the time to train you? You want to be with people and please them, so that they can feel how loving you are. Now we need to find a family who will give you a home, forever. You will need someone who is willing to continue the training and socializing. It will take time, patience, and energy but you are worth it, Archie. You deserve a second chance. If you are the family who would devote yourselves to Archie, read below:
