Frankie the Cat needs a home

Frankie was born around January 2016. He was brought to the shelter by his owner who could no longer afford to feed him and his brother Eddie and sister Rosy, as well as their mother and 4 younger kittens. The mother was spayed and returned to him and all of the kittens remained at the shelter to find forever homes. Frankie and Eddie are very bonded and would probably do best in a home together.
