Francis the Dog needs a home

Rescue: Francis is a Soi Dog rescued from the illegal dog meat trade in Southeast Asia by Soi Dog Foundation, our partner rescue based in Thailand. He and a group of his friends traveled from the SDF facility in Phuket and were flown stateside to The Barking Lot in February 2018

Temperament: Easygoing, friendly, mellow, loving, affectionate, and engaging. Francis is a go-with-the-flow type of fella whose tail is always wagging in the presence of people. He is always one of the first to greet us in the morning and he is a total ham for affection!
