Meet Evie!
Evie had been living on the streets for a few weeks being fed by several people. She was living around and under a shed in West Houston. Unfortunately, in that time they had evaded capture. Well, with Hurricane Harvey and all the rain approaching we were very concerned that she may not survive the storm, or may move somewhere else where we wouldn't find her. So with the storm approaching, and in the rain, we headed out to see if we could get her. After approximately 2 exhausting hours in the mud and rain we had Evie safe and sound. Evie is very sweet, but because she lived on the streets for no telling how long, she had to learn to take care of herself and likes other dogs on a case by case basis.
Evie is small, probably 20-30 pounds and is just a cute little mutt.
