Hi there! My name is Leona - I am a sweet, quite girl. My mom says I don't bark at all. When I first came to my foster home, I was really scared and would just try to run away. Now I feel safe and loved and don't feel the need to run anywhere. I even wait by an open door for my foster mom to tell me it's okay to go out. I walk very well on a leash too, I'll don't pull and will stay by your side. Loud noises and younger children still scare the dickens out of me though, so I'd do best in a quite home without younger children. Teenagers or older children would be fine though. I am housetrained when on a schedule. I haven't had any accidents in the house, but my mom says I don't generally give her signals when I need to go - so she just takes me out regularly. I do fine in my crate. I'm good with all animals and love people.

Ruff Start Rescue is a foster based rescue. Animals are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a facility where animals are kept.
