Adopt a Chihuahua / Mixed

I am an adorable 2yr old & 15 lb. bundle of love that is looking for the right home for me to join. I have a few quirks, but my foster parents say it makes me more special. I have overheard them saying too that I have a gentle spirit and very loving to humans. What are humans?

I'm best known for my snuggles. Put me in a position and let's relax. I won't even move around. If I am awake I love bones, and going outside is so interesting. I like to sniff around, but if I see you relaxing. I will probably come join you. I am potty trained and kennel trained as well. I tend to bark if people come to the house. Once I meet them I will calm down and treat them with love.

I do have a few quirks as mentioned. First, I am really not a fan of cats. I mean, they don't even bark! Second, I do get along with other dogs once we hang out. I have a little sister right now and we play and chase each other. I think I would do better by myself or with a dogs bigger than me though. Third, I have a little issue that the doctor says I bobble my head at times. They say it's just the way I am and I may outgrow it, or it may just be me. My foster parents think it's cute and they can tell what I am up to by watching me.

Other than that I am really ready to meet you. The house I am in right now has five other dogs and two cats. I am ready for a vacation, but if I can get along with this pack. I will definitely get along in any loving home. One more thing... My foster parents say all the dogs always beg for their food. I really don't though. I usually lay around and wait for you to be done and hope I get a snuggle. Please consider me. I came up from CA and the love I have for life. I want to spread that into your heart and be a part of the family that brings joy and laughter. Please consider as I really desire a loving owner.

Every Underdog has been spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, and is up to date on vaccinations. All dogs have had a recent visit to the vet as well. 

Adoption fee is $280

We offer a 10% discount for seniors, veterans and students. All of our dogs are in foster homes. We have an adoption application, we check references and visit your home as part of our adoption process.
