Felix the Cat needs a home
Felix the Cat is a girl! She wants you to know that right off the bat, just so there is no misunderstanding, given her name. She is sweet and serene, and simply loves everybody, even the well-meaning people who left her in a box at a shelter that was closed! While that wasn't the high point of her life, her sunny disposition allows her to forgive and forget - and she is ready to love and be loved! Almost as soon as Felix entered her foster home, she was comfortable, lounging, and affectionate. Felix has been great with all the cats she has met since coming to APA!, as well as a large, energetic dog and a mellow, senior dog. She thinks that fluffy, canine tails make the best toy - the only thing missing are batteries to keep them wagging constantly! Felix also loves feather toys and catnip, which she comforts herself with after yet another fruitless - though energetic! - play session with the laser dot toy, which she can't seem to catch...yet! Felix loves to be picked up and held! And because she is playful, she would likely be a good playmate for gentle kids. Felix had an unpredictable start to life, but contact us today to meet her and we predict it will be love at first sight, for both of you!
