Hollywood the Bird needs a home

Hollywood is a gorgeous, feisty little pigeon bachelor. We think his fancy breed is called "Starling". He was lost and starving and hanging around an apartment complex looking for help. (We call that self-rescue.) He was taken to the animal shelter and because they don't serve birds, transferred to another that also doesn't serve birds but does place them with rescue and then Palomacy took him into our foster care.
