Penelope is a beautiful Abyssinian mix Diva Princess Supreme! She is sweet and loving, a cuddler through and through. But her Royal Highness doesn't like to be told what to do. She is quite vocal in her displeasure when she needs to be restrained to give her meds or flea treatment. Who could blame her for protesting that kind of treatment of her Royal Highness? But even after being treated like a commoner, she will forgive your transgressions and cuddle up with you and make biscuits in your lap!
