My two sisters and I were raised as bottle babies by a very nice young woman. She lived with her parents and unfortunately, they did not want cats in the house. So one day while our “mommy” was out, her parents dumped us at a kill shelter! Fortunately, the rescue community was able to save us and get us into foster care while we wait for our furever home.


We are very loving and playful and like to cuddle up against you and nuzzle you. I’m not shy or skittish, but I like to set my own pace for things, so may seem a bit hesitant at first. Don’t worry, you will quickly find that I’m a cuddle bug! I love play time with a feather on the end of a wand. I also like walking across my foster mom’s laptop when she’s trying to work and giving little kisses on her face.


Please note my name is like the Greek goddess, so it is pronounced Per-seff-enie. I don’t know why my foster mom picked such a strange name, but you are welcome to rename me.



C.A.T.S.-C.A.N., Inc. is a non-profit organization based in Geneva, Florida. We operate a no-kill shelter and have cats and kittens up for adoption at Oviedo Petsmart. We screen each applicant Please put in an application or come by to see our kitties! We have an adoption event every Saturday from11:00 - 5:00 and some Sunday's Noon to 4:00 (please check our Facebook to make sure we're there!) at the Oviedo Petsmart. You can also visit a few of our resident cats every day in the Petsmart Cat room!
