Trooper the Dog needs a home
Trooper is a terrier mix with a lot of energy. He's the kind of active dog who will make a great hiking partner. Once he is comfortable with people, he is affectionate and he loves to be around them. He can be difficult for medical handling and needs to be muzzled for vet exams. Born in 2013, Trooper came to Best Friends from a local animal control department. He is a little cross-eyed and may have impaired vision. Trooper does well with all the dogs he meets at the Sanctuary and is working on basic training cues at the Sanctuary. He'll make a great companion in the right home.
