Hello,

My name is Noel and I came to Minnesota all the way from South Korea, Due to my experiences there, I’m very shy but I’m slowly warming up and learning to trust people. I should go to a home with at least one other dog as I really trust other dogs more than humans right now, but I’m starting to open up to my foster parents and getting more brave every day.  I love to play with other dogs, and would love have home with a dog who loves to play as much as I do.  I am crate and potty trained.  My foster parents have 3 small grandkids and I don’t mind when they pet me as long as them move slowly when approaching me.   I would love to have a big back yard where I can run and play.  I would need a fence as if I get frightened I might try and run away.  I’m not comfortable on a leash yet, but I’m a smart dog, so once I feel safe you would be able to teach me how to walk on a leash.  I would love to be in a home where someone is around most of the time to work with me and help me come out of my shell.  Please consider making me a part of your family, If you have time and patience and I so much love to give.

All Ruff Start dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention (dogs) as well as heartworm tested (dogs).

Ruff Start Rescue is a foster based rescue. Animals are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a facility where animals are kept.
