Adopt a Beagle / German Shorthaired Pointer / Mixed
Jackie the Dog needs a home
Meet Jackie! Jackie was rescued from a rural shelter in SC. The shelter workers know a special dog when they see one, so they searched tirelessly for a rescue that could give her a second chance. This sweet Beagle/German Shorthaired Pointer mix is 2 years old and 40lbs, making her the perfect age and size for everything from hiking to Netflix marathons. Jackie is a very easy, low maintenance girl. She is house trained, crate trained, great in the car, calm, dog and cat friendly, and such a joy to be around! If you're looking for a happy-go-lucky companion, Jackie is your girl!
If you are interested in adopting Jackie please submit an inquiry directly with Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt.
***Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers and we require a home check for each of our adoptable pets prior to them going to their new homes, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family further than 60 miles from Charlotte is responsible for finding a representative of a rescue local to them that is willing to perform the home check. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to meet/pick up the pet as soon as the application is approved.***
