Cocoa Bean the Cat needs a home
She's hiding under her cubby shelf at the Issaquah Petco! Come recue her! Cocoa Bean was adopted from PurrfectPals as a kitten and returned 12 years later when her mom lost her home. We know Cocoa had a wonderful home with a human she loved, and is confused by the changes in her circumstances. Cocoa is having a difficult time adjusting to shelter life. Unfortunately she is black, shy, and a senior; three characteristics that make it especially difficult for a cat to attract an adopter. Hopefully, a special someone will read this and decide to give Cocoa the forever home she needs and deserves. Cocoa Bean is quite shy around people she doesn't know and needs an understanding, cat-savvy adopter who is patient and willing to let her come around at her own pace. Once Cocoa is settled and comfortable, she is friendly, playful, and affectionate. She enjoys pets but not being picked up. Cocoa doesn't care at all for other cats and needs to be an only cat in a quiet, low stress home for her senior years. If you are looking for a playful, appreciative, and sweet kitty who truly needs you, please come meet Cocoa Bean at the Everett PetSmart. Like all PurrfectPals cats, Cocoa has been viral tested, altered, microchipped, and started on vaccines.
